When I checked in, the room wasn't completely clean, and it seemed a bit worn out in some places. However, it was spacious, had a beautiful view of the Stadium from the fifth floor, and was super comfortable. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and kind, especially Andrés, Julian, Leonardo, Fabián, and Orlando, who went above and beyond to assist with everything from restaurant recommendations to city tours. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Manizales with easy access to shops and restaurants, making it an excellent choice. The dining experience was decent with a buffet-style meal, and the facilities were quite adequate for a pleasant stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms offered a spectacular view of Manizales and the snow-covered Andes, which made my experience very special. The comfort of the room was top-notch, although I noticed some wear and tear starting to show. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with a great night's sleep.
